Payment Terms
Subscription fees of $250 per month are payable in advance. All prices include GST at 10%.
Payment is due monthly on the subscription anniversary date.
Refunds may be available subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.
Upon termination, access to services will cease and data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.
Total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees paid during that period.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from breach of these terms or misuse of services.
